How To Stay Healthy This Thanksgiving

Eating healthy everyday of the year is probably the hardest thing to do. Everyone has their cheat days, I admit I have my fair share of unhealthy snacks too. These holidays coming up I know I want to stay healthy and not have to work my butt off getting rid of those extra pounds I gained just from one family gathering! I searched on Pinterest for the most delicious and healthy recipes to substitute for the normal fattening dishes this Thanksgiving….Don’t Stop Here!

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna For Two

So I was searching online for possible dinner ideas. I knew I had lasagna noodles and that was a great contender but I was not feeling the regular old red sauce. Then I came across chicken Alfredo lasagna and I was set. The favorite in this house is Alfredo sauce, so I knew it would be a hit. Please note that this batch was tiny and I did not have a lot of Alfredo sauce so my recipe probably could’ve used more sauce.  I hope you enjoy this recipe. Delicious Greek Yogurt Brownies!

Have you guys ever wanted to eat a brownie so bad but were on a diet and you were so torn that you just didn’t know what to do. At least I hope you have so I don’t sound as weak as I really am. Eating healthy is just hard, sometimes I can keep myself in that right mindset, but sometimes I just have no motivation. Last night I wanted some delicious, gooey, chocolatey brownies. BUT I needed to stay on track with my healthy eating….Don’t Stop Here!
